Are you open for orders yet?

We're in our launch run-up. You can browse the full collection and all seven bundles now. Join the launch list on the home page for early access and a launch discount.

How do the bundle discounts work?

Every bundle on our specials page is 15% off. The struck-through price is the genuine sum of those items at their individual shop prices — you can add them up yourself. There's no code to enter and no minimum spend.

Can I combine a bundle discount with the launch code?

Yes. Launch-list members get their members-only discount on top of the bundle price. It's the single best price we'll offer.

When will shipping be available, and where to?

Shipping starts with Australia. We'd rather quote real, honest rates than promise a network we don't have yet — launch-list members hear first.

What's your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return on unused items in their original condition. Because we sell things built to last, reach out first and we'll always try to sort it.

Why 'plastic-free' — is everything 100% plastic-free?

Our aim is to keep plastic out of the places that matter most: food, water and daily contact. Most items are entirely plastic-free; a few may use a minor component such as a seal or spring where a natural material isn't practical. We'll always describe the materials honestly on the product page.

Do these products have health benefits?

We describe our products by their materials, craftsmanship and durability — not by health outcomes. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

How should I care for copper, cast iron, wood and linen?

Copper: wash by hand, dry, and polish occasionally with lemon and salt. Cast iron and carbon steel: hand-wash, dry, wipe with a little oil. Wood: hand-wash and oil occasionally. Linen and wool: they soften and improve with gentle washing.

Why the name Helios?

Helios is the Greek sun god — the light that turns up every morning without being asked and without selling you anything. It's the standard we hold our products to: reliable, natural, and older than any of us.
